Pelatihan Regulasi Emosi Pengajar dalam Proses Pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Yogyakarta

Abstract


Pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) tidak hanya tentang ilmu, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter. Regulasi emosi menjadi kunci menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif dan hamonis, pendidik harus dibekali ketrampilan mengelola emosi, sehingga proses belajar mengajar berjalan lebih efektif. Guru diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar menarik dalam penanaman karakter regulasi emosi pada anak. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengaturan emosi yang efektif, menilai dampaknya pada lingkungan belajar, dan merekomendasikan intervensi praktis bagi para pendidik. Peserta dalam pelatihan ini adalah para guru di MDT Yasmin, Budi Mulia Yogyakarta dan TPA An-Noor, yang berjumlah 14 orang, dengan karakteristik peserta berusia 20 hingga 40 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan dan bertugas sebagai pengajar di MDT. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dalam beberapa sesi yaitu: pembukaan, pemberian skala pre-test, pembekalan materi regulasi emosi, pemberian skala post-test, dan penutup. Teknik relaksasi dan mindfulness juga diberikan sebagai salah satu pendekatan untuk meregulasi emosi. Hasil analisis pretest dan postest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam pemahaman regulasi emosi guru dalam proses pembelajaran siswa.
