Visualisasi Bioimaging dengan Menggunakan Machine Learning

Abstract


Teknologi terkini sudah sangat memajukan kehidupan manusia, yaitu untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia agar lebih mudah, salah satunya yaitu teknologi untuk mengidentifikasi sel pada Bioimaging. Bioimaging sendiri digunakan untuk para dokter sel atau patologi. Dalam hal ini teknologi software yang digunakan yaitu Visualisasi Bioimaging, hal ini akan membantu para dokter sel untuk melihat sel pada Bioimaging secara 3D. Untuk memvisualisasi Bioimaging, dibutuhkan pula tools lain untuk dapat mengklasifikasi sel pada Bioimaging tersebut, seperti penggunaan machine learning agar dapat mengetahui sel-sel apa saja yang ada di Bioimaging tersebut. Bioimaging ini juga dapat diketahui jumlah sel yang ada pada Bioimaging tersebut, bergantung pada dataset yang diberikan, hasilnya pun akan berbeda-beda.
