Peran Perfeksionisme Maladaptif Sebagai Moderator dalam Hubungan Gaya Supervisi dan Supervisory Working Alliance pada Mahasiswa Magister Pendidikan Profesi Psikologi

Abstract


Supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu kegiatan esensial yang perlu dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan para mahasiswa profesi psikologi untuk menjadi seorang psikolog yang kompeten. Kegiatan supervisi klinis tercantum pada beberapa regulasi yang berkenaan dengan profesi psikolog sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dan disarankan untuk diikuti, baik oleh mahasiswa profesi psikologi hingga psikolog profesional. Namun, sejauh ini masih sedikit penelitian yang meneliti dinamika kegiatan supervisi klinis antara mahasiswa profesi dan supervisor. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, menyarankan untuk memperluas penelitian terkait dinamika antara karakteristik relasional dan internal yang memengaruhi hubungan supervisi. Dengan demikian, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini berusaha untuk meneliti lebih jauh peran perfeksionisme maladaptif sebagai faktor internal dari karakteristik supervisee dalam hubungan gaya supervisi sebagai faktor relasional  dengan kualitas hubungan supervisi yang disebut sebagai supervisory working alliance (SWA). Terdapat 99 mahasiswa profesi psikologi yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory - Trainee Form (SWAI-T), Supervisory Style Inventory – Trainee (SSI-T), dan Short Almost Perfect Scale (SAPS). Pengolahan data menggunakan PROCESS untuk SPSS dengan analisis moderasi memperlihatkan bahwa ketiga gaya supervisi berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan dengan SWA, tetapi kedua subskala perfeksionisme maladaptif tidak ditemukan secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara ketiga gaya supervisi dan SWA. Ditemukan juga bahwa tingkat frekuensi supervisi yang berbeda menghasilkan perbedaan tingkat SWA yang signifikan.
