Al Qalam: Jurnal Ilmiah Keagamaan dan Kemasyarakatan, published by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Al-Qur'an Amuntai (STIQ Amuntai), is committed to respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while promoting the dissemination of scholarly knowledge through open-access publishing. The journal adopts an author-retained copyright policy, ensuring that authors maintain ownership of their original scholarly works after publication.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright and full intellectual ownership of their published articles. Submission and publication in Al Qalam do not require authors to transfer copyright ownership to the journal or its publisher. Authors remain the legitimate copyright holders of their works, including the research findings, original content, and intellectual contributions presented in their manuscripts.

By agreeing to publish their manuscripts in the journal, authors grant Al Qalam: Jurnal Ilmiah Keagamaan dan Kemasyarakatan the non-exclusive right of first publication and permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, archive, and make the articles publicly accessible through the journal's official publishing platform and relevant academic indexing and preservation services.

Author Rights and Responsibilities
